The goal		Acquainting students with necessary knowledge in in the field of management and learn them to use necessary tools and techniques for successful management of veterinary practices.
The outcome		Student should know the significance of veterinary practice (VP) management, which are the basic management functions, to implement certain tools and techniques in the development of VP, to understand the basics of financial planning, to understand the importance of the client and his needs, and to evaluate the financial effects of business in VP.

Contents of lectures		The importance of studying the subject. Legal and professional status of VP. Development forms of VP. The life cycle of VP, and its positioning in the system of animal health protection. The development and management functions in the control of animal health. Klijenting management. Strategic management and application of financial management in VP. VP in conditions of perfect competition.
